Return window

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

Conditions for return

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Receipt or order number must be provided
• Item must not be from the non-returnable category (see below)

Non-returnable items

• Undergarments and intimate wear (hygiene reasons)
• Opened beauty and skincare products
• Customised or personalised products
• Items marked "Final sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad account or as store credit for COD orders).
